Acorn Squash Tip
Storing Acorn Squash

Acorn squash can be stored for 1-2 months in a cool dry location. The easiest way to prepare and cook the acorn squash is to cut it in half, remove the seeds and fibers in its center and bake or steam it until the flesh has softened. The flesh can easily be removed from the inedible skin at this point.

Acorn Squash Tip
Honey

Honey is a sweet substance created from the nectar of flowers. Honey is used as a sweetener, a preservative and a flavor enhancer. The flavor and appearance of honey depend on the flower from which it is extracted.
